KWLA Virtual Meet-Ups

Following the lead of the Ohio Foreign Language Association and their state’s department of education, KWLA would like to provide a positive, helpful and supportive place for teachers to gather virtually and discuss issues they face during Covid-19. This space will allow teachers to ask questions, network with colleagues, and share information, ideas, resources and encouragement. The schedule below shows when and how to view the Zoom recordings and what topics were discussed. More meetings will be added once input has been received about future topics.

1. See the schedule below for dates, times, hosts and topics of our Virtual Meet-ups.
2. Each meeting is limited to 100 participants; pre-registration is not available.
3. At the appropriate time, click the Zoom link to join the Meet-up. There is no cost involved.
4. Participants can either talk via computer mic, type in the chat box or just listen.
5. The Meet-ups will be open for one hour but you may leave at any time.
6. While KWLA officers will help facilitated the conversations, the Meet-ups are intended to be an Open Forum for positive discussion and sharing among teachers.
